Congestion Areas
Congestion areas in the Netherlands for which grid operators asked for redispatch on GOPACS in the last twelve months, with the number of requests, the requested and traded volume, and the direction of the congestion
An area is the congested area a grid operator names in a GOPACS request, counted over the last twelve months. Requests that name no area, including all TenneT requests, are not in an area. An area is placed on the map from the postcodes GOPACS publishes; where it publishes none, the place is taken from the area name and is indicative, and a few areas cannot be placed at all.
Historical datasets
Standard downloads include up to three months of history, subject to dataset availability.
