Experience
Who are you?
Extensive experience in backend development (Python) and affinity with frontend or full-stack mindset.
At least 5–7 years of relevant experience, including several years in a leading role.
Knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and a modern cloud environment (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong communication skills: you can align technical concepts with business goals and coordinate with non-technical colleagues.
Proactive, quality-oriented, with attention to both detail and the bigger picture.
Tasks
What will you do?
Determine and monitor the technical architecture of our platform: scalability, reliability, and performance.
Lead the development team: coaching, code reviews, ensuring best practices, clean code, and good test coverage.
Collaborate with product owners, data specialists, and other stakeholders to plan features, capture requirements, and set priorities.
Contribute hands-on to core features when needed – you continue coding alongside leadership.
